Sponsorship Opportunity

The Oakville Santa Claus Parade has become a familiar tradition in the Town of Oakville as children both young and young at heart look forward to watching the array of brightly coloured floats, entertainers and bands that characterize this very special event. And no float is more eagerly anticipated than the one carrying Santa himself!

The Oakville Santa Claus Parade has been delighting families, residents and visitors for over 64 years. While a strong volunteer body drives the event, it is only made possible through the generous support of our corporate and community sponsors.

Your sponsorship contribution enables us to hire bands and costumed characters, promote the event, maintain the Oakville Santa Claus Parade float and recognize the winning float entries.

Sponsorship Levels and Benefits

Gold Sponsor Benefits:  $2,000 and above

• Company logo* featured in the parade entry brochure and on the Parade website (with link from parade website to company website) until March 31^st

• 2.5' x 10' banner with company logo* provided and walked through the parade by volunteers

• Company logo included in the Oakville Beaver newspaper supplement

• First opportunity to serve as a judge in the parade

• Time permitting, recognition of your company during TVCogeco broadcasts of the parade

• And all benefits listed below

* Corporate logo to be provided to the Oakville Santa Claus Parade for use in promotional materials.  Sponsor approval of parade materials will not be provided.

Silver Sponsor Benefits:  $1,000 to $1,999

• Opportunity for your company mascot to walk in the parade

• Opportunity for a company representative to serve as a judge in the parade

• And all benefits listed below

Bronze Sponsor Benefits: $500 to $999

• Listing on Oakville Santa Claus Parade website

• Recognition in selected newspaper articles, media releases and promotional materials

• Recognition as an Oakville Recreation & Culture Community Connections partner, including recognition in one of the semi-annual brochures delivered to 59,000 homes in Oakville, as well as listing on the Community Connections page of the Town of Oakville website

• Commemorative plaque for display in place of business

• Tax receipt
